Yesterday Erin & Aka had a quiet, private ceremony yesterday on the beach in Destin, Florida. It was really nice because it was just the two of them (and of course the officiant & me). We were a little worried the weather might not hold out, but luckily we caught a break between downpours & managed to get great pictures without a drop of rain!
I met Erin & Aka at their house, where they discovered that their florist didn’t quite match what they had been hoping for in a bouquet. So off I ran to Publix to try to find some flowers to mix & match and do a make-shift bouquet (and a florist I am not!).
But – I managed to get some pretty decent flowers, rush (in the rain) to the ceremony location, through Destin traffic, and it all worked out fine. And I didn’t do too shabby of a job, if I must say!
