So I’m super excited to post this sneak preview! It’s been up here as a draft for a few days now as I put some finishing touches on it. Kristi & Tyson came to visit from Texas to take care of a few more of the big details for their wedding coming up in June. They picked an awesome date… it just so happens to be the date that my husband proposed to me! I was so glad to finally meet Kristi & Tyson and I am so excited about their upcoming wedding especially since we had such a blast!
Poor guys though, they drove all the way, and the day originally planned to shoot got rained out… but luckily the forecast of brighter days kept them in town an extra day & we got some great pictures and had a blast!
We started off the day on the streets of Rosemary Beach, took it to the beach, and finished the day off with a treat (you’ll see below!):
Now, as if that didn’t look like enough fun, once the sun started dipping far beyond the horizon, we headed back up to town for a bit of ice cream! I am a pure sucker for ice cream, and thought it would make for some fun shots to end the night with. And boy was I right! But, as it turns out, it was oh-so-appropriate considering that Kristi & Tyson are from Brenham, TX, home to Blue Bell Ice Cream! In fact, Kristi works within sniffing distance of the Ice Cream Factory! I would so weigh 1,000 pounds if I lived there. I was RAISED on Blue Bell Ice Cream (and our family has the diabetes to show for it! I’ve dodged it thus far, thankfully).
So – here they are, scarfing down some Edy’s… not quite as good as Blue Bell, but it’s hard to go wrong with ice cream! (And no, you will NOT find pictures of me scarfing down ice cream… not here, not anywhere… unless you’re up for treating me of course! *wink, wink*!).
And because I’m still torn between deciding on video or images for sneak previews, and because I can never narrow down enough to do just images, I’m doing both until I get off the fence & make a decision!
